Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience: Members: - Members enjoy discounted rates on services such as IV infusions, injections, and wellness programs. - To qualify for member pricing, you must have an active membership at the time of booking and service. - Membership benefits are non-transferable. - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Non-Members: - Non-members are welcome to book any service at standard rates. - Non-member pricing applies to those without an active membership at the time of service. - Payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Important Note: If you book a service using member pricing but do not have an active membership, you will be charged non-member rates at the time of your appointment in the office. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment or failing to show up will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
